Went to a really cool restaurant last night in Hanover Minnesota. It was called the Big Bore BBQ. Prices were reasonable and the food was amazing!! They have inside and outside seating. We chose to sit outside so we could all sit together. Inside seating has some group restrictions due to Covid. We started out with an appetizer of brisket burnt ends. These had very good flavor. The server suggested loaded Queso fries as her appetizer favorite. We might try them next time. There were eight of us and we all tried something different. Katie and I had to try something unique so we ordered the BBQ Sunday. Oh my was that good!! Everything you want to try in a mason jar! Of course we also had to try the ribs which were wonderful as well. So if you’re out and about in that area stop in. They do not take reservations but it is worth the wait!
